Jonathan Rapisarda brings 20 years of enterprise systems architecture to BioInfo AI, with deep expertise in enterprise resource planning implementations, data warehousing, and the kind of business systems small and mid-size companies run on every day. His background includes SAP FICO implementations completed significantly faster than industry standards, complex data integration projects, and business analysis for Fortune 500 organizations — experience he now applies to businesses of every size.
Since transitioning to AI-focused development in 2025, Jonathan has designed and built 74+ AI agents, with 37 achieving production validation at scale. He is Anthropic Certified at the Advanced level in Claude and Claude Code, and has developed proprietary methodologies that achieve sub-1% error rates in production deployments.
Jonathan leads all technology architecture, system design, and implementation for BioInfo AI engagements — and personally builds the working proof of concept every audit ends with.

Dr. Michael Edwards brings over 30 years of bioinformatics research and application experience to BioInfo AI. As Chief Scientific Officer, he ensures that every finding and every deployed system meets rigorous scientific standards — imposing validation gates that reject nearly half of all implementations before they reach production.
Mike's expertise spans genomic analysis, biomarker discovery, and research partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and institutions where wrong answers carry real consequences. He applies that same standard to every audit: every return-on-investment figure is recomputable from the methodology appendix, and every claim is checked against the evidence.
He reviews and signs every findings report BioInfo AI delivers. When the honest answer is "don't build this yet," that is the answer you get.

Naomi Thomson
Chief Development Officer
Partnerships & Client Development
Naomi Thomson leads partnerships and client development at BioInfo AI, bringing more than two decades of commercial leadership in life sciences and precision medicine. Her career began in oncology research at Bristol Myers Squibb, with a focus on nucleic acid chemistry and bioinformatics. She later moved into commercial and strategic roles, including work at QIAGEN, VP of Revenue and Product Innovation at Compass Bioinformatics, and product strategy and commercialization at Mithrl.
Naomi's work has always centered on one discipline: understanding a client's actual situation before proposing anything. She is usually the first person a prospective client talks to — and the one who ensures focus stays on critical needs.
She completed graduate studies in Precision Medicine at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, with a concentration in multi-omic technology for therapeutic development.
