The terms that govern this website — in plain language, because terms end arguments.

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of ai.bioinfosolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by BioInfo Solutions, a Colorado S corporation, d/b/a BioInfo AI ("BioInfo AI," "we," "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms; if you don't, please don't use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site provides information about BioInfo AI's services, including the AI Automation Audit, and downloadable evaluation materials. Site content is general information, not professional advice — legal, financial, accounting, medical, or otherwise — and using the Site creates no client relationship.
3. The published offer
The Site describes our standard audit terms — currently a $10,000 fixed fee, findings within ten (10) business days after kickoff, and one hundred percent (100%) of the fee credited toward a build agreement signed within sixty (60) days after report delivery, plus any charter pricing then in effect. These are summaries of standard terms. Every engagement requires a signed Engagement Agreement, and if the Site and a signed Engagement Agreement ever differ, the signed agreement controls.
4. Advisory nature; estimates are not guarantees
Our findings, reports, and Site materials may contain modeled values, projections, and payback figures. These are good-faith estimates computed from available data — not guarantees of results. The audit is an operational and technology advisory engagement; it is not a financial-statement audit, review, or other attestation, and we express no opinion or assurance on financial statements.
5. Sample and archetype content
Sample reports and named archetypes on this Site (for example, the sample findings report) are built on synthetic data from modeled archetypes. They illustrate format and method; they are not client results.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, branding, and downloadable materials are the property of BioInfo AI. You may view the Site and download materials (such as the intake kit and sample report) to evaluate working with us — that is the only license granted. In engagements: clients retain all rights in their data and receive ownership of the delivered report; we retain all rights in our methods, playbooks, software, models, and tooling.
7. Confidentiality and sensitive data
Information you send us in an engagement context is handled under the confidentiality terms of your Engagement Agreement. Do not send invoices, medical or financial records, account numbers, or other sensitive documents by ordinary email or through the contact form; if samples are needed, we will arrange a secure transfer.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site: no scraping or bulk downloading, no disrupting or probing the Site's security, no misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site uses Web3Forms (contact forms), Google Analytics (traffic measurement), and Vercel (hosting); their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. Links to third-party sites are provided as-is and are not endorsements.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its materials are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Site. For signed engagements, liability limits are set by the Engagement Agreement.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with an updated effective date.
