Privacy Policy
This website collects almost nothing. Our client intake kit runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type into it leaves your computer until you choose to email it. If you become a client, everything you give us is used only to analyze your situation, is protected under non-disclosure agreement, and is deleted when the engagement is complete.
Effective date: August 15, 2026
Who we are
BioInfo Solutions, a Colorado S corporation, doing business as BioInfo AI ("BioInfo AI," "we," "us"), with its principal place of business in Parker, Colorado. Contact: jrapisarda@bioinfosolutions.com · 720-376-3979.
1. What this website collects
- Contact form and newsletter signups. Name, organization, role, email, phone (optional), and your message. Submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to us as email. We use them only to respond to you. We don't add you to marketing lists without your request.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic (pages visited, approximate geography, device type). GA4 sets cookies; it does not give us your identity. We do not use advertising or remarketing features.
- The Client Intake Kit. A downloadable HTML file that runs entirely in your browser. It has no server connection, no tracking, and no submission mechanism. Your answers stay on your computer until you export them and email the file to us yourself.
We do not offer accounts, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share data with data brokers.
2. Client and engagement data (the audit)
If you engage us for an AI Automation Audit:
- We use the data and access you provide only to perform the audit and analyze your business situation — never for any other purpose, never sold, never shared outside the engagement.
- Your information is Confidential Information under the confidentiality terms of your Engagement Agreement (and any non-disclosure agreement in place), which survive completion of the engagement for three years. Access is limited to our personnel and advisors who are bound to protect it.
- Deletion: client-provided data, exports, and sample files are deleted after the audit is complete. We retain the delivered Findings Report (which is your property) and the minimal work-product records needed to document the engagement, held under the same confidentiality obligations.
- Sensitive records — invoices, medical or financial records, account numbers — should never be sent by ordinary email. If samples are needed, we arrange a secure transfer method with you.
3. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing jrapisarda@bioinfosolutions.com. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; we honor those requests for anyone regardless of residence.
4. Security
We protect information with reasonable administrative and technical care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use the offline intake kit and secure transfer for anything sensitive.
5. Third-party services
Web3Forms (form processing), Google Analytics (traffic measurement), and Vercel (hosting) process limited data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Our site links to third-party sites we don't control; their policies apply there.
6. Children
This site is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with an updated effective date.
